Construction and decommissioning of guyed and self-supporting towers
Turnkey tower services including foundations, sectional assembly, and torque-controlled tightening in accordance with CSA-S37 standards. Segmented dismantling using cranes and winches, complete with site restoration. Precision and safety at every stage, whether erecting a new tower or dismantling an existing structure.
Fabrication and installation of mounts and antennas
Custom mounts (hardware, standoff arms, clamps). Installation of cellular, microwave, and FM antennas with precision GPS/gyro alignment, coax, fiber, and power connections, weatherproofing, and professional cable management.
Complete tower reinforcement
Structural analysis including additional bracing, structural member reinforcement, high-strength bolts, and new guy wires designed for 5G loads, wind, and ice conditions.
Guy wire replacement
Tension and corrosion diagnostics, temporary guy wire installation, replacement with properly sized galvanized cables, dynamometer retensioning, and verified vertical alignment. Anchors inspected and reinforced as required.
Telecommunications Cable Installation
Installation of 7/8” feeders, waveguides, fiber risers, and RRH power cables, using UV-resistant fasteners, compliant bend radius routing, waterproof boots, and durable labeling for a clean, high-performance transmission path.
GPS antenna alignment
Azimuth and tilt adjustment using gyro-GPS alignment tools, with immediate signal validation and detailed alignment reports including azimuth, tilt, and elevation data.
RF Sweep Testing
Sweep testing (VSWR, insertion loss), moisture and loose connection detection, radiated power and bandwidth measurements, with validation reports provided prior to commissioning.
Inspection and Maintenance of Telecommunications Sites
Periodic audits covering bolts, corrosion, guy wires, and grounding, along with shelter, HVAC, and generator maintenance. Detailed photo reports and corrective actions provided as needed.
Replacement and Maintenance of Obstruction Lighting Systems
Replacement of LED/xenon obstruction lights, photocells, and cabling, including day/night testing, synchronization, and parts inventory for rapid response.
