Telecommunications Civil Works

The most advanced telecommunications infrastructures rely on strong and durable civil engineering foundations.

At Technicom Nord-Ouest, we leverage our dual expertise in telecommunications and construction to deliver all civil works associated with your telecommunications projects. This ranges from deep concrete foundations to perimeter fencing, including trenching and access roads.

Our understanding of site conditions — including soil composition, northern climates, and difficult access — allows us to deliver durable civil engineering solutions designed to support the long-term reliability of your telecom infrastructure. We build the foundation your networks depend on.

Tower Foundations and Anchors

Geotechnical studies, excavation, heavy formwork and reinforcement, and precision concrete pouring. Anchor blocks and foundations positioned using GPS, with testing, hardware, and vertical alignment fully verified.

Telecom Shelter Foundations

Monolithic slabs or connected footings with vapor barriers and conduits, built to strict leveling tolerances, with optional anchoring for high-wind environments to protect sensitive equipment.

Telecom Trenching

Complete installation of telecom conduits and cables: excavation, sand bedding, compacted backfill, GPS mapping, and municipal compliance.

Foundation and Construction of Georeferenced Platforms

Earthworks, formwork, and concrete slab or steel structures on piles, with position and elevation validated to centimeter-level accuracy using GNSS.

Anchor Reinforcement

Reinforced concrete extensions or auxiliary piles, new anchor assemblies, reinforcement repairs, and guy wire retensioning with verified vertical alignment.

Access Road Construction and Site Development

Site clearing, geotextile installation, granular foundations, and drainage work, including all-season access roads and gravel service areas for logistics and maintenance.

Fence Installation

2.4 m galvanized fencing with barbed wire, concrete-anchored posts, vehicle access gates, and grounding systems — providing 24/7 protection against intrusion and wildlife.

Telecom Shelter Installation and Commissioning

Crane lifting, anchoring, electrical and fiber connections, battery systems, HVAC, and grounding, followed by complete testing prior to commissioning.
